About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2003 and is a close-knit team of three who work together to serve our customers and community. Before becoming an agent, I worked in underwriting, which gave me a strong understanding of the insurance industry and how to properly help customers protect what matters most.

I’m a second-generation State Farm agent and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Finance. Insurance has been a big part of my family and professional life, and I take pride in continuing that legacy through our agency. I’m also an active member of the La Crosse Downtown Rotary, where I’ve been involved since 2005. Staying connected with the community and giving back through local organizations is something that’s very important to me.

We offer a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our goal is to create an environment where people can build a steady, long-term career while maintaining balance outside the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
